What ERRA Processes

ERRA may process account, meeting, document, calendar, transcript, and workspace data when needed to provide the ERRA service.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to operate the service, create meeting intelligence, maintain client memory, provide support, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. ERRA does not sell personal data.

Google User Data

When a user connects Google, ERRA uses basic account identity for sign-in and read-only calendar access to identify meetings, prepare meeting context, and connect notes to the correct event. ERRA does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events, and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Access And Retention

Access to customer data is limited to authorized users and service operations. Meeting processing is designed around consent, access controls, citations, auditability, and short audio retention.

Your Rights

Users and participants may request access, correction, export, restriction, deletion, or disconnection of connected account data by contacting admin@erra.ee.
