Use Of The Service

ERRA is provided for business use by authorized users. Users must only upload or connect data they have permission to process.

Meeting And Workspace Data

Users are responsible for following applicable consent, notice, confidentiality, and workplace rules when recording, importing, or processing meeting content.

Connected Accounts

Users may connect third-party accounts only when they are authorized to do so. Calendar access, when enabled, is used as read-only meeting context and does not permit ERRA to create, edit, or delete calendar events.

Acceptable Use

ERRA must not be used for hidden employee monitoring, unlawful surveillance, autonomous external outreach, or processing data in a way that violates rights or contracts.

Pilot Development

The service may change during pilot development. Features, integrations, and availability can evolve as ERRA moves toward production use.
